Faq alpine revenue solutions

What services do you provide?

We offer full medical billing, credentialing, revenue cycle support, AR management, denial resolution, payment posting, CAQH maintenance, payer enrollment, and reporting. Our goal is to support your entire revenue cycle with accurate, compliant, and dependable service.

Do you work with all specialties?

We specialize in supporting wound care, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, mental health, primary care, and NP/PA groups. However, we are able to work with most specialties—just reach out to see if we’re a good fit for your practice.

What billing software do you use?

We adapt to the system your practice currently uses.

How long does credentialing take?

Credentialing timelines vary by payer, but typically range from 30–120 days. We manage the entire process, monitor progress, follow up proactively, and keep you updated throughout.

Do you handle CAQH?

Yes. We set up, update, and maintain CAQH profiles, ensuring all documents are current and fully attested for payer enrollment purposes.

Do you offer month-to-month contracts?

We do not offer month-to-month contracts. However, we do provide flexible as-needed hourly service agreements for practices that require support on a project or temporary basis. This allows you to access expert billing or credentialing help without a long-term commitment.

How will I receive updates about my claims or credentialing status?

We provide regular updates by email, along with optional scheduled check-ins. You’ll always know exactly where things stand, and our team responds quickly to any questions.

Can you help new providers get enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid?

Absolutely. We manage Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, reassignment forms, revalidation, and all required documentation for new and established providers.

How do you protect protected health information (PHI)?

We follow HIPAA regulations, use secure communication methods, maintain role-based access controls, and provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to every client.

How do I get started?

Simply submit your contact information on our website or send us an email. We’ll reach out to learn more about your practice, discuss your needs, and outline next steps to begin working together.
